General Use
Users found to be posting inappropriate content concerning the "Site" subject matter will be banned immediately and are subject to legal prosecutions if possible. Please keep all content orientated towards the section of "Site" being posted in.

Copyright Materials
All subject matter and content found on "Site" is owned and copyrighted by Ride Montreal, unless otherwise stated.
Image Upload
"Site" offers a free image hosting service to it's user. However, all images, at "Site's" discretion, may be deleted, moved, made unavailable or otherwise modified at any time with no prior warning. Users found to be abusing this free system will be banned, and depending on the severity, authorities contacted.
Logs / Information Storage/Sharing
Cookies: At some points on the site, "Site" may set cookies. The sole purpose of said cookies is to store temporary, general information, to better enrich users experience. At no point is any personal information ever accessed or stored.
IP: "Site" logs all IP's of visitors upon entrance and when extra features are accessed, such as submitting content. Users IP's will never be shared with the exception of legal actions.
Sharing
"Site" will not EVER sell or share emails, names or other information to 3rd parties - excluding legal actions.
